Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
How to return an order?
- Contact us via the Contact page, providing your order number.
- You will receive a return confirmation by email.
- Ship the goods in their original packaging within 14 days to the address we provide.
- Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. For kilns (pallet shipments), we recommend coordinating the return with us — we can arrange a more affordable carrier.
Condition of goods
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. The kiln must not have been operated. Accessories must be in their original packaging.
Complaints / Warranty
All MiniHell products are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months from the delivery date.
How to file a complaint?
- Contact us via the Contact page with a description of the issue and photos.
- We will review your complaint within 14 business days.
- Depending on the outcome, the product will be repaired, replaced, or the purchase price refunded.
Transport damage
Inspect the shipment upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, please create a damage report with the carrier and contact us immediately. Transport damage is insured.
