Order delivery time
Production
Every MiniHell heat treatment kiln is manufactured to individual order at our facility in Poland.
Standard production time is 14 business days from payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, this may extend to 21 business days — we will notify you by email in such cases.
Accessories (hardening foil, Quencher basket, blank stand) are shipped within 2–3 business days.
Payment
Order processing begins once payment is confirmed:
- Bank transfer — 1–2 business days to clear
- Online payment (PayU / card) — instant
Shipping rates
Prices in EUR net. Kilns are shipped on pallets (80×60 or 120×80), accessories as courier parcels.

All shipments are insured for the full order value. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Example for a kiln delivered to Germany: 14 days (production) + 1 day (payment processing) + 4 days (courier) = approx. 19 business days.
