§1 General provisions

The online store at minihell.eu is operated by MiniHell, based in Poland. The store offers heat treatment kilns and accessories.

§2 Ordering

An order is placed by adding the desired product to the cart and completing the checkout process. The purchase agreement is concluded upon order confirmation sent by email.

All prices listed in the store are net prices (excluding VAT) plus shipping costs.

§3 Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• Bank transfer
• Online payment (PayU)
• Card payment

Order processing begins upon payment confirmation.

§4 Delivery

Kilns are delivered on pallets via freight carrier. Accessories are shipped as courier parcels. Delivery times are specified on the Delivery time page.

The buyer is obligated to inspect the shipment upon receipt for transport damage and report any issues to the carrier.

§5 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the consumer takes possession of the goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

§6 Warranty

All products are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months. Complaints are processed within 14 business days.

§7 Privacy

Personal data is used solely for order processing. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§8 Final provisions

Polish law applies. Changes to these terms will be published on the website. Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the buyer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
